RD15HVF1 FM RF AMP LINEAR BroadBAND 15W
 
 
Classic BroadBand linear with the mosfet RD15HFV1 from Mitsubishi, which also works
in the FM band with very good results. The printed circuit board is made on ENIG double
sided pcb, based on the schematic shown below.
 
It can be driven with input power from 100mW up to 1W. It depends on the attenuator.
Without attenuator it is directly driven 100-300mW. The output power is 15W and above...
